Explain ‘My Account’. How do I update my details there?

‘My account’ is your personalized profile in this site. It’s highly recommended that you make one. Any user with an email id can create an account in Aaboli. My account is a section where you can track your orders, update your details and review/rate the products. It makes a record of all your purchasing details and will help us to know you more and thus customize our system in such a way that we can recommend you more good products of your taste. It gives you an absolute control over your transactions in Aaboli.

My account permits you to –

1. Track the status of your order

2. Change your password

3. Update your address

4. Have a record of all your purchase.

How To Know Whether My Order Is Confirmed?

Once you register the order and the seller receives the payment (often through credit card, debit card and net banking), you will instantly receive a mail and SMS notifying your order ID and the receipt of the order. Using the unique order ID, you can also track your item using our site. When your items are shipped, we will send you an instant message notifying that.

Is It Mandatory To Have An Account In Aaboli In Order To Shop?

No. You can shop on Aaboli without even having a personal account/profile. But you need to have a valid email id to make any purchase in this site. Even though it is possible for you to shop without a personal account, it is highly recommended that you create one. It helps us to know you more and tailor a personalized shopping experience for you. This includes fast check out, wish lists and recommendations etc. With a personalized account, you can write reviews and rate the products.

If a product is listed as ‘out of stock’, can I still order it?

The products that listed under ‘out of stock’ category are not available for sale at this particular point in time. But if you use the ‘Notify Me’ feature for sending your interest in that particular product to us, we will try harder to get that product back on our site.

How do I pay Aaboli for the purchase?

You can use multiple payment methods to complete a purchase.  Cash On Delivery, Internet Banking, and Debit/Credit cards are the different payment methods we offer our customers.  For a highly secure transaction, our payment gateway partners use 3D secure encryption technology.

Are there any hidden charges on Aaboli?

No. There are no such hidden charges. The price listed on the product page is the final price which is all inclusive.  The delivery charges will be added to the product price in the check-out page and you will get to see the total amount there itself. For fast delivery of the items, some sellers demand an extra charge depending upon their selling policies.  For all orders above 500 rupees, there are no delivery charges.

What is COD (Cash On Delivery) and How does it work?

This is an option that allows you to pay for your item only when it is delivered to you.  All you have to do to make a COD order is to select ‘Cash On Delivery’ option given on the payment page and proceed.

How to pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payment made by debit/credit cards issued in India.

Credit cards

Aaboli receive payments through MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards. To make a payment using a credit card, you will need to enter your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to your bank’s page where you will be requested to enter your online password which is known only to you, to complete the payment process.

Debit cards

Aaboli accepts payments made with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. All you need to make an order using debit card is to enter your debit card number, its expiry date, and 3 digit CVV number.  Then, you will be directed to your bank’s 3D secure page where you will be asked to enter your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment process.

What is a 3D Secure password?

MasterCard and VISA, in partnership with the card issuing banks, implements 3D secure password under "Mastercard SecureCode" and the "Verified by VISA” services, respectively. It provides an extra layer of security through identity verification for the user’s online debit/credit transactions.  The password you create will be known only to you. 

How to make a 3D password for my debit/credit card

You need to register for the 3D secure password for your debit/credit card by visiting the website of your bank.  If you don’t have a 3D secure password and still want to continue with the transaction, you can apply for an OTP (One Time Password) instantly in the bank’s 3D secure page to which you are redirected from the payment page of our site.
