How Long Does The Delivery Take?

It completely depends upon four factors given below:

  • The Seller who offers the product 
  • Product's availability with those specific Sellers
  • The destination where the user would like to ship the item to
  • The geographical location of the seller

The product usually gets delivered in the specific time given on the product page.

Explain Delivery Charges

As delivery charges are depended on the individual sellers, it may differ accordingly. Sellers usually incur relatively higher shipping charges when the item happens to be a low value product. Charging a minimal delivery charge helps the sellers offset logistic costs in such cases. Some sellers may get rid of delivery charges for a certain predefined value.

How Do You Facilitate The Delivery Process?

Aaboli schedule all the deliveries only through reputed couriers. We will be sending you a message when your item is shipped and it will have your item’s tracking number. Using tracking number, you can track your product. Sellers usually prefer to ship through E kart logistics and if it is not available for specific geographic locations, they will use other highly reputed courier services. Using the pin code provided by the customer while check out process, we will ensure that the seller delivers it to the right address in time.

 

RETURNS

I Want To Return An Item, How Can I Arrange For A Pick-Up?

We sell only brand new products. But if you receive a damaged or defective item, you can always return the product to us. Returns are easier than you imagine. You must contact us for initiating the return process. You will shortly receive a call from us describing the entire process. Ekart Logistics will enable the pick-up of the item at possible locations. If Ekart is not able to organize the pick-up, due to any technical reasons, you can also return the product through a third party courier service. The seller will bear the return fee.

What Are The Items Which I Am Allowed To Exchange

As a trial is necessary to decide whether the fit is right, we allow exchanges for the apparels. You can exchange an item for the same product in the color/size of your wish. But at the same time, you should also understand that you can use the product only for the trial purpose. It cannot be used, washed, tampered or ironed in anyway. The product should have all the labels, price tags that were there with it originally. It should also be in its original packing with invoice documents/bills when you return it.

How To Cancel An Order?

You can cancel the order before it is shipped. The entire amount you spent on it will be refunded. If your order has been shipped but not delivered yet, you can still cancel the order online but your refund will be processed only after we receive the item back from the courier party. You are not permitted to cancel the order once the product has been delivered to you.

When Are Refunds provided?

Check your inbox for a mail from us regarding the confirmation of the refund request once you applied for refund. Once you receive the mail, rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and following up with your bank/financial institutions for the same. Some banks may take a longer duration to process the refund request. In such cases, there may be a delay in the refund process but if it didn't happen by the dates we promised, then you must contact us. We will be happy to help you.

Have You Received My Return?

Once we receive your return item, we will update you about it with an SMS.

When Are Returns Not Possible?

There are certain situations where it is hard for us to support the returns. You can still raise a dispute by writing to us at ccare@aaboli.com. Aaboli strives to be very impartial while looking at each dispute on a case by case basis. We want to be fair to both the seller and the customer. Both the seller and the buyer are subject to final consent from Aaboli on settling the dispute.

  • It is hard for us to support the returns in the cases given below:
  • When the return is registered outside the specified time frame
  • When the product is damaged because of use
  • When you received defective products that come under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Products with missing or tampered serial numbers
  • When anything is missing from the package you have received including labels, freebies, accessories, price tags and labels
